"In the same way the Solarians felt the need to bring Netu back, the Archons felt a need to bring Elon back. And just like the
Nefilim had set out to accomplish that task, so too did the Archons. It wasn’t long
before there were mysterious kidnappings in Solaria, children were vanishing from
their beds in the middle of the night. At first they were occasional kidnappings,
but gradually they became more frequent until the Solarians became terrorized
by the home invasions and had to start locking their doors."
Zara
was horrified. "You're trying to tell me Medel did these things?"
She was getting upset again and wasn't willing to tolerate any more. "That He kidnapped little
children in the middle of the night?" It was completely unbelievable.
Medel was good, what if He was listening? Surely He would condemn her for even listening
to this rubbish?
'Confusion is a good sign...' Mina's
words echoed out of nowhere, as if to comfort her from herself. Either Atalon was an evil, evil Archonic tyrant that made
her sacrifice her Product for a Big Fat
Lie or the Lunies were deliberately making her go insane. She stood up to
leave.
"I
won't listen to this anymore. It's NOT
TRUE! It's nothing but EVIL.
EVIL LIES to trick me into your.... I don't know, LIES. I don't trust you, ANY of you!"
The
Phoenix Flames were hot, blazing now, Mina knew when to stop. She reached for
her hand, Zara had no where to go. "We
are all disciples of the Truth here, no one is tricking you except yourself."
Zara
was unresponsive. Mina reached for the box of emerald tiles and slid it towards
her. "Why
don't you choose another tile?"
Already
spooked by the strange green game, Zara looked down at the box with much
reluctance.
"Go
on" the goddess coaxed, smiling kindly.
Feeling the pressure of so many eyes
upon her brought back uncomfortable feelings... Not knowing what else to do, or where else to go, Zara sat down again, took a deep breath and opened the lid. She closed her eyes, reached into the box and pulled out a tile, being
careful to choose one as far away from the last one as possible. She placed the
tile on the table. Again it was a scary image.
"The
Burning Tower" the friends chimed as if mocking her. Zara collapsed into
her arms, sobbing. This was just another sign to let her know it was all over.
This all was all bad, her gut instinct was right, this was Hellias alright.
They didn't have to explain the symbolism this time, she knew already what it
meant. This tile foretold of the pyre she was headed for.
